If you have any questions or would like further information please email barbara@retreatforwriters.com or fill in the form below.

Our writers’ retreat is easily accessible from London – just under 4 hours from Kings Cross – and we will pick you up free of charge from Berwick-upon-Tweed railway station (21 miles) and deliver you back when you leave.
We charge £76 per person per night.
For this we offer you your own bedroom (with inviting writing space), private bathroom/toilet and sitting room (with writing space, open fire and direct access to garden). You are also welcome to share our farmhouse kitchen, parlour, library, garden room and garden, with unlimited free wifi throughout the house and grounds. If you come by car we have ample parking space.
Breakfast, picnic lunch, unlimited tea and coffee and the odd glass of wine are included. For your evening meal you are welcome to use our kitchen to make your own (I can do an advance shop for you), to share an informal supper with us for a small extra charge, or to sample our local pubs and restaurants. We’ll be happy to book a table for you.

I also offer editorial services tailored to your needs at £25 per hour.
